REPORTS 

ShiftManager generates extensive detailed reports including: 

• Roster Totals reports for individual groups or the entire roster
• Activity reports
• Absentee Reports
• Change reports with details of roster changes and the people who made them
• Crewing reports showing who is on a particular shift, or working that day
• Formal change reports for tracking shift changes
• Leave reports for tracking approved and unapproved leave
• Notes for leave or roster changes 
• Special Activity reports for tracking Non core activities  

Totals Reports 

Activities reports are available on the right mouse button in the Names window and show personal activities and working hour details over customisable periods.
Reports are also available for shift groups or the entire roster as shown on the Reports menu.

Crewing reports
Shift crewing reports are useful for checking actual incoming against planned shift numbers or showing persons and skill sets available within groups.

Crewing reports are displayed by right clicking on an activity in the main Roster and selecting the Shift, Daily or Group options.

Personal Reports 

Personal reports for all participants are available on the right mouse button in the Names window and show activities and working hour details over a designated period.
Reports for groups or the entire roster are available on the Reports menu. 

Totals reports plot activities worked by individuals over defined periods, including:

• Details of the number of  different activities worked on days of the week
• Pay rates for each activity
• Average hours per week over the defined period

 Reports are also available for Groups (Shifts) and the entire roster
